If you are not attending but completing registrations you can add your email in "additional email" field. Using the same email to create accounts will overwrite the previous registration. Registration is needed for nametags and accountability.

Vendor/Sponsorship Registration 

Every Vendor booth must have a registration with one main point of contact and all other attendees must fill out their own registration to get a name tag.

Sponsorship Levels

What's Included in your Sponsorship/ Vendor Selection:

  • 1 Vendor table/ booth space available for up to a full week (Saturday 1/10 through Thursday (1/15)
  • Lunch included for up to 2 company reps (added reps for higher levels)
  • Company logo rotated on our website (begins upon receiving your paid registration)
    • Smoke Level - 6 months
    • Flame Level - 4 months
    • Hotspot level - 3 months
    • Fireline - Dec through Jan
    • Ember Level- During the event
  • Sponsorship flyer emailed to the attendees' the week before our event
    • Smoke Level - 1-2 page
    • Flame Level - 1 page
    • Hotspot Level - ½ page
    • Fireline Level - ¼ page
    • Ember Level - logo

Per diem Details and Information

 

Changes to be aware of in 2026:

  • CWFIMA is no longer offering Breakfast at UCCS, LUNCH ONLY!
  • Breakfast will be provided at the staff hotels.
  • Classes will start at 0830 daily, (briefing 0745) to allow for additional eating/travel time.
