IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • This is a new event which requires you to set-up a new user account.  You WILL NOT be recognized using your log-in from any previous academy. You may reuse previous login info for your NEW USER ACCOUNT.
  • Changes/updates: once your initial registration has been submitted you will need to contact us (719)589-1400 or info@cwfima.org to make changes!
  • DO NOT use the same email address to register multiple people - you will overwrite the previous registration using the same email. If you are registering multiple people use their email address and add your email address in the additional email field. 
  • There is NOT a group registration feature, registrations are individual due to prerequisites and qualifications collected. 
  • Group billing - please have folks select "Group Billing" in the payment options.
  • Waitlist - please contact us to be added to any class list that is currently full.

  • Last day to cancel for a full refund is December 19th. A Cancellation fee of $30 per class day will be put into effect after that.

Lodging Options

 

Would you like CWFIMA to make your hotel reservation so you can be placed at the same hotel as your trainer?

  • We will reach out to get your preference on host hotels.
  • We will book/reserve your room based on your arrival and departure dates listed.
  • We will send you a hotel confirmation 1 week before the event.
  • Upon hotel arrival you will provide your credit card to pay for the hotel room. You are responsible for all hotel charges.
    • Exceptions: CO-IMT3 members will have their room added to the DHSEM group billing. Room is routed to the master, credit card only need for incidentals.

Cancellations after December 19, 2025 will incur a $30/class day cancellation fee for guaranteed expenses. No shows to class will not receive a tuition refund. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of cancellation date, delays may occur over holidays.
