IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • This is a new event which requires you to set-up a new user account.  You WILL NOT be recognized using your log-in from the Winter 2024 account or any previous academy. 
  • Changes/updates - once your initial registration has been submitted you will need to contact us (719)589-1400 or info@cwfima.org to make changes!
  • DO NOT use the same email address to register multiple people - you will overwrite the previous registration using the same email. If you are registering multiple people use their email address and add your email address in the additional email field. 
  • There is NOT a group registration feature, registrations are individual due to prerequisites and qualifications collected.

Lodging and Accommodations

 

At Colorado Mountain College we will be offering a number of lodging options for the week:

 

  1. Dorms (registration for Dorms is not CLOSED. Inquire onsite to reserve a room when you arrive, based on availability).
  2. On Site Camping
  3. Student Hotel Blocks in Glenwood Springs and Carbondale

If you are interested in the Dorms or On-site camping, please proceed to accommodation selection below. If you are interested in the HOTEL options, you may click the "No accommodations required" box. The hotel student room block links will be released in a separate email.

Accommodation

Onsite Camping:

Maps and information will be provided the week before you arrive. We may be on public land or on a soccer field, be prepared for either.  Showers and Restrooms will be available throughout your stay at CMC, hours and location of those will be provided. 

Rules during your stay:

*No Alcohol 

*No Drugs

*You must pick up after yourself in your camp area

You may bring a Camper if you do not wish to tent camp.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations after May 15, 2025 will incur a $30/class day cancellation fee for guaranteed meals. No shows to class will not receive a tuition refund. Refunds will take place within two weeks of cancellation date.
